How many witnesses can you have at a los angeles county city hall civil wedding?

I can not find information online about the number of people and witnesses may have in a room of the County of Los Angeles marriage. . . Does anyone know if there is a maximum number of people, like 10 or something that can fit in these rooms of the judges? Thanks!
